Protocol

“For the past 8 months I have been a medical resource for Life Vessel of the Rockies. I have had many positive reports from Gail of the healing that is taking place in the lives of many people who come to the Life Vessel. As a medical doctor, I highly recommend this form of natural healing for anyone who wants to have more energy and zest for life. Also, anyone with any chronic condition can experience positive benefits from this safe and effective form of energy healing. Energy healing is the medicine of our time.” ~Wanda J. Bedinghaus, MD

Everybody’s body is different.  A typical client will experience 4 sessions (session times vary from a minimum of 45 minutes to maximum 60 minutes) during a 3 consecutive day period (1 session on day one, 2 sessions on day 2 (4 hours apart) and 1 session on day 3) in The Life Vessel.  Day 1 and Day 3 (pre-Life Vessel and post-Life Vessel procedures) will include, at an additional cost, the Heart Rate Variability (HRV) protocol using ANSAR.

ANSAR tests the autonomic nervous system (ANS) utilizing the ANX 3.0 Autonomic Nervous System monitoring technology. Most illnesses and injuries cause or result from an imbalance in your ANS.  An imbalance in your ANS can tell your doctor many things about how healthy you are, as well as what can be done to keep you as healthy as possible.

There is an additional fee for the test which will include review of the results by one of our staff physicians. Those results will also be available for review by your primary physician.

The ANX 3.0 tests are two independent clinical tests (or studies) designed to determine the ability of both branches of the autonomic nervous system (ANS) to respond to and relax from a challenge. The two branches that make up the ANS are the sympathetic and parasympathetic (SNS and PSNS, respectively). The challenges (test) are:

1) deep breathing to challenge the PSNS,
2) valsalva (forcible exhalation against a closed airway) to challenge the SNS, and
3) standing from a seated position to challenge both systems. (A tilt challenge may also be performed.)
The test takes approximately 15 minutes.

“Heart Rate Variability (HRV) has become the GOLD standard for measuring physiological stress and the autonomic nervous system (ANS).” “The balance of the ANS equals growth and healing which adds up to health, whereas imbalance or stress in the system leads to disease and ill health.” ~The Healing Code, Ben Johnson, MD, DO, NMD and Alex Loyd, PhD, ND

The Autonomic Nervous System

The autonomic nervous system (ANS) is a component of the peripheral nervous system that acts as a control system operating primarily below the level of consciousness, controlling the function of the body’s internal organs. The autonomic nervous system controls heart function, digestion, respiration, perspiration, eye function and other routine bodily functions.

The ANS is comprised of two subsystems, the parasympathetic nervous system and the sympathetic nervous system. Most organs receive impulses from both divisions and under normal circumstances they work together for proper organ function and adaptation to the demands of life.

The sympathetic system tends to stimulate a particular function while the parasympathetic tends to calm. Normally the two nerve supplies create a balance. However, if the body is stressed, such as in the “fight or flight” response, the sympathetic nervous system dominates causing an increase in heart rate, breathing, blood pressure and blood sugar levels. This prepares the body for quick and strenuous action. When the emergency situation has passed the parasympathetic system takes over and decreases the heart and breathing rates and diverts blood supply back to activities such as digestion and food absorption.

Problems occur when the autonomic nervous system is out of balance. For example, over-stimulation of the sympathetic nervous system can lead to such problems as anxiety, hypertension, and digestive disturbances. Over-stimulation of the parasympathetic nervous system can result in low blood pressure and fatigue. Both imbalances lead to poor adaptation to stress. These imbalances also lead to dysfunctional energy flows within the body and seriously impede the body’s innate self healing intelligence resulting in disease.

Life Vessel and its dynamic color spectrum and vibrational sound modulation technology encourages the autonomic nervous system into balance resulting in maximum self healing efficiency.

Sympathetic Parasympathetic
High Blood Pressure (Systolic and Diastolic); May be low, if very Chronic Low systolic blood pressure
Fast Heart Rate (pulse) Slow Heart rate (Pulse)
Dilated Pupils Constricted Puoils
Tendency towards Dry Mouth May have trouble swallowing Tends to have increased saliva
Cold, clammy hands and feet Warm, Dry Skin (Warm hands and feet)
Quick reflexes Normal or slower reflexes
Anxiousness Relaxed (Tends not to worry)
Excessive sweating Calm, even disposition
Lots of energy, but poor stamina Low to normal energy, lots of stamina
Tendency towards constipation Very regular bowel habits
Food tends to sit in the stomach, easily becomes nauseous Can digest anything (“cast iron stomach”)
Women: Difficult to sexually arouse. Women: Strong sex drive, becomes easily sexually aroused
Men: Difficulty in getting erections, or has Weak erections Men: Easily achieve strong erections, Strong sex drive
